Packaging with DESAB® cage suitable for products with risk for projection/movement outside a radius of 4 meters when activated by heat or electrically activated.
Example: Piston hood lifters/ Side-, Driver-, Passenger- or inflatable curtain airbag modules or other pyrotechnic safety devices with high hazards risk when activated in unpackaged condition.
To use and mark this packaging for dangerous goods UN3268, SAFETY DEVICES, division 9, it is required to perform a successful UN Test Series 6(c) bonfire test with the product as offered for transport.
